Ewing Aerospace has officially begun testing a new U.S.-manufactured, NDAA-compliant video transmitter (VTX) module designed for professional and defense-grade unmanned systems. The module delivers exceptional performance and reliability while maintaining full compliance with U.S. manufacturing and supply-chain security requirements.
High Performance, Built for Mission-Critical Applications
Developed as part of Ewing Aerospace’s growing line of BlueUAS-compatible communications and control products, the new VTX module provides ultra-low latency analog video transmission, wide input voltage support, and adjustable output power up to extreme performance levels. The design supports frequencies across the 5.8GHz ISM band with outstanding image stability and noise rejection, making it ideal for demanding flight applications, including long-range reconnaissance, FPV testing, and industrial inspection platforms.
Engineered and Assembled in the United States
Unlike most high-performance video systems currently on the market, the Ewing Aerospace VTX module is fully designed, assembled, and tested in the United States, ensuring NDAA compliance and trusted supply-chain integrity. All key RF and power components are sourced through vetted domestic or NDAA-approved suppliers, aligning with U.S. government procurement and defense requirements.
“We’ve reached a point where U.S. manufacturing capability can deliver performance equal to or better than any global competitor,” said a spokesperson for Ewing Aerospace. “This VTX project demonstrates that innovation, compliance, and top-tier engineering can coexist within a domestic production ecosystem.”
